Have you ever stopped to ask yourself these simple questions? Who is the face behind the mask of the thief? 
Who is the angel in the heart of the social sex worker? 
What future was meant to be for the little child that died of hunger? 
Why do some children have the privilege of getting good nutrition while some don't?

In the course of running our busy lives, we tend to get carried away by the mirage of "having it all". Some wise guy said: " some people are so poor, all they have is money"

In a conversation with my dad late last night, He said "bags of rice or other relief materials cannot completely feed a man for life. And I'm sure you already know this. Your #EndHunger project should aim at creating an awareness to the Nigerian government and the general public of our great country, that for us to live in peace and enjoy the wealth we have gotten, we need to take time out to reach out to the needy and physically challenged."

He went on to add that "People do not rebel against their government or fellow citizens for no reason. However baseless these reasons might seem, there are reasons why the jobless youth eventually persuades himself to carry arms and ammunition. There're reasons why a young lady who is filled with fantasies of her wedding day,suddenly makes up her mind to sell her body for money."

Then his phone rang and I ruminated on those words. "Yetic! Are you hearing me?" He said. "Yes sir" came my response. "The problem of this country will be greatly reduced when we all as citizens of Nigeria, start to see ourselves as a ladder, a shoulder, a solution to each other's problem. So that reasons for stealing and corruption will be eradicated, and punishments will become fair. This is my contribution."

"Thank you dad" I replied.

There's no better way to put what this #EndHunger project represents, than what my dad has said. I'm encouraged that this will not be a one-off affair, but will become a consistent attitude towards helping others.
