#EndHunger Project 2014
On the 25th October, 2014, after my team and I scaled through several hurdles, we had to also travel a long distance, climbed a hill and over about 54 road bumps ( to and fro), we finally got to a community called Oke-Ayo (directly translated as the Hill of Joy) in Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State in Nigeria, Africa.
We came with the intention of celebrating #WorldFoodDay and #InternationalDayForThe EradicationOfPoverty in the form of giving short talks, collecting some data and duistributing some materials we had earlier purchased and packed.
It started out as a very sunny day but soon after we disembarked from our vehicle, and we found a very cool spot under a large tree, things started to gradually cool down.
Without much grammar display today, we can enjoy the much awaited pictures as I take you through some of the pictures, then we continue in subsequent blog posts.
