#LoveToTheStreet Project 1

Each year on February 14th, many people exchange cards, candy, gifts or flowers with their special “valentine.” The day of romance we call Valentine’s Day is named for a Christian martyr and dates back to the 5th century, but has origins in the Roman holiday Lupercalia.

This year, The Oluwamiranda Care Initiative team has decided to turn valentine's day into an annual program tagged: "#LoveToTheStreet".

This edition of the #LoveToTheStreet project will be the first of it's kind and will be birthed in Ilorin, Kwara State.

We hope to share cooked food and drinks to the homeless and needy around strategic areas in Ilorin city.

Our target is 50-100 persons.
